Ranger Raptor Assault FAQ’s

  • Eligibility to attend Ranger Raptor Assault:

    Owners of a 2024/2025 Ranger Raptor who purchased and took delivery of a qualifying Ranger Raptor. They will have one calendar year from the date of delivery to register and attend a Ranger Raptor Assault program.

    Vehicle ownership is verified by VIN number. Only one owner/eligible participant per vehicle/VIN number is eligible to attend.

    List of eligible participants who can attend in place of the buyer:

    Members of the immediate family of the buyer. "Immediate family" means the following relatives of the buyer:

    • Spouse
    • Parents
    • Spouse's parents
    • Grandparents
    • Spouse's grandparents
    • Sons and daughters (including in-laws and step-children)
    • Grandchildren
    • Brothers and sisters (including in-laws, half and step)
    • Same-sex domestic partners
    • Immediate family members of same-sex domestic partners

    Yes - You may bring a paying Guest.
    During your registration, you may purchase a Guest seat for the "Non-driving Guest Experience†" or for the "Driving Guest Experience."

    Each Ranger Raptor owner can bring one driving guest who participates in all the same Ranger Raptor Assault activities as the owner. Perfect for drivers at any level. *Limited availability per class. The Driving Guest Experience Features:

    • Reception Dinner hosted by Ford Performance Racing School
    • Classroom session (approximately 45 minutes)
    • Off-road, instructor lead, moderate speed trail drive
    • Drive mode handling course
    • Rock crawl hill ascent/hill descent and sidehill exercises
    • Ranger Raptor caravan to Trailhead
    • Trail ride through a variety of terrains to lunch
    • On trail hill climb/hill descent section
    • Baja off-road course
    • Demo laps performed by FPRS instructors.
    • Graduation (4:00pm – 4:15pm)
    Driving Guests must be at least 16 to participate in any driving activity and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site.
     
    *IMPORTANT: If you do not select a GUEST OPTION [referred to as the 'Evening Reception Guest (Non-Driving)' or 'Driving Guest'], you understand that no additional person(s) will be allowed to attend the Evening Reception or Drive Day activities. This will exclude all other person(s) besides the registered Owner from classroom sessions, driving exercises, trail drives and meals*

    EVENING RECEPTION GUEST (NON-DRIVING)

    Your Evening Reception Guest will join you in attending the dinner and reception at Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center the evening before your Ranger Raptor Assault driving day.

    Evening Reception Guest Features & Policies:

    • Guest joins you in attending the evening reception dinner the night before Ranger Raptor Assault. Age restrictions - 14 years old minimum
    • Guest may not attend any of the next day's activities during Ranger Raptor Assault
    • * Limit two Guests per Ranger Raptor participant
    • Guest does not drive, and may not attend or participate in the Ranger Raptor Assault driving day
    • We cannot make exceptions to this policy due to liability and logistical reasons
    • No refunds are allowed for Evening Reception Guests (due to catering costs).

    What is the shared driver/passenger format of Ranger Raptor Assault? Do I drive alone in a Ranger Raptor truck? Ranger Raptor Assault participants do not drive alone. Two Ranger Raptor owners ride together in one truck. Owners swap drive time and passenger time throughout the day. To put it another way: Ranger Raptor Assault participants will take turns driving and then being a passenger at predefined intervals throughout the day.
    No. We provide the trucks for the course.
    We do provide helmets for the course but participants are welcome to bring their own if it is rated Snell SA 2015 or newer.
    Yes, if you miss the evening Welcome Reception you may still attend your off-road driving day starting the next morning at 8:20 am. Please arrive no later than 7:45 am to check-in at the Welcome Center.
    The dress standard for the Welcome Reception and Ranger Raptor Assault is casual.

    Yes - Ranger Raptor Assault: Participants must be at least 16 and older to participate in any off-road activity and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 must have a parental consent form signed on-site - 14 years old minimum to attend the evening reception dinner the night before Ranger Raptor Assault.

    Communications and Privacy

    By registering for schools and driving experiences you agree to receive email and print communications from the Ford Performance Racing School (The McKeever Group LLC) both related to this registration and related to future sales, marketing, and informational communications. All correspondence, schools, and courses will be communicated in the English language.



    There is an option to purchase a property damage waiver option to limit financial responsibility for damage done to the Ford Ranger Raptor trucks used in the Ranger Raptor Assault program.

    Without the limited liability, the student assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the vehicle for any and all damage they do to the vehicle.

    This option can be purchased during registration on this website or prior to attending or at check-in upon arrival at Ford Performance Racing School.

    Ranger Raptor Assault Event Waiver/Liability:

    VEHICLE DAMAGE WAIVER:

    Participant acknowledges and agrees that participating in events at the Ford Performance Racing School is inherently dangerous and assumes all risk of loss, except to the extent of the Ford Performance Racing School’s gross negligent or willful misconduct, incurred in connection with or otherwise related to participation in events at the Ford Performance Racing School. In consideration for Ford Performance Racing School to agree to allow Participant to drive, practice, qualify and/or race in its vehicle and on its track, Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend FPRS against any and all claims, demands, actions (including attorney’s fees and costs) liability, losses, damages, injuries (including, without limitation death and dismemberment) and accidents of whatever kind resulting in any way from participating in events at FPRS. Participant further understands and agrees that he/she assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the FPRS vehicle assigned to Participant (as described below) for any and all damage Participant does to the vehicle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may elect (where designated herein) a property damage waiver option and pay an additional fee to limit his/her financial responsibility to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for damage done to a Ranger Raptor.

    POLICIES

    1. BY SIGNING BELOW PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ASSUME FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY UP TO THE LIMIT AGREED TO BELOW FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. PARTICIPANT ALSO AGREES TO FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S) WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF PARTICIPANT OR OTHERWISE. ONLY PARTICIPANT NAMED ABOVE IS AUTHORIZED TO DRIVE THE ASSIGNED VEHICLE.


    2. IF THE VEHICLE SUFFERS MECHANICAL FAILURE, FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE, TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES, A BACK UP VEHICLE.

    3. AT ANY TIME, AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: REMOVE THE DRIVER FROM THE VEHICLE FOR ANY REASON, DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AS BACK-UP RESULTING FROM ASSIGNED VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED, OFFER ADDITIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY ON DAMAGED VEHICLE OR NEWLY ASSIGNED VEHICLE. REFUNDS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL.

    • **IMPORTANT: Your afternoon drive day will take place at our off-road course. Due to the offsite location, early departure cannot be accommodated. Please plan your travel accordingly.**


    Cancellation requests received more than 31 days prior to your event will receive a 90% refund on Ranger Raptor Assault upgrades.

    Reschedule requests received more than 31 days prior to your event will receive a one-time credit toward attendance at a future Ranger Raptor Assault as long as the date falls within 12 months of the Ford Ranger Raptor delivery date. A $150 rescheduling fee will be charged. If a guest experience has been purchased, an additional rescheduling fee of 10% will be charged.

    No refund or credit toward a future program will be offered if a cancellation or request to reschedule occurs less than 31 days prior to your event. Failure to appear will result in forfeiture of all event fees and the ability to attend future Ranger Raptor Assault programs.

    Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by calling Ranger Raptor Assault Sales Coordinator Dominique Goodsell: 435-775-2205, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm MT.


    The Ranger Raptor Assault experience is an all-weather (rain or snow) program. If extreme weather conditions prevent the Ford Performance Racing School from safely executing the Event, every effort will be made to reschedule the Event. The Ford Performance Racing School reserves the sole right in determining whether an Event will be canceled due to dangerous weather conditions.
    Seasonal attire. Comfortable, layer-able clothing is recommended, as the temperature can vary significantly throughout the day. We also recommend you wear soft-soled shoes, such as hiking or tennis shoes. Spring and fall rain can be present, so shoes can become muddy. No open-toed shoes are allowed when driving.
    Beginning the next morning after the Welcome Reception, you'll start your off-road driving day at 8:20 am, MT (check-in 7:45 am MT) at the Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center. The driving day ends at 4:30 pm, MT.
    Raptor Assault begins with an evening Reception dinner at 6:00 pm, MT, (check-in 5:00-5:30 pm MT) in the Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center. The Reception takes place the evening before your on-track driving day. For further help call 435-775-2205.

    The Ford Performance Racing School is about 30 minutes west of the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Salt Lake airport is the nation's main Delta hub so flights are readily available.

    Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) is 30 minutes to Ford Performance Racing School, door to door.
